You mess'en with me

We have a cat, (Samone) a cat that I brought into the marriage that King Bee tolerates but he claims he is allergic. This cat is the cat of all cats, she's the best with Sporty Bee. When Sporty Bee is staying the night somewhere she meow's and meOW's and MEOW'S looking for him, they play hide and seek together (seriously), they follow each other around and this cat tolerates everything a 4yr boy does to this poor cat (no animals are hurt during this process). Here are a few pictures taken in Nov '06 of the two.

Don't they just look cute together.. so the other night after the kids are in bed I go into the 1/2 bathroom (no lights) and squish... WET socks.. YEEEEUUUUUUUUUU, hurry and flip the light on to see 'a liquid' all over the floor. Not being able to figure out what it was - I go get a rag and clean it up and ask King Bee if he knew what happend in the bathroom he said 'no, maybe it was the cat' (cause everything to blame is the cats fault) ?!?! the cat, how could it be the cat, there was water everywhere... a little later King Bee comes out of our bedroom and said 'it has to be the cat, there are wet spots in our bedroom carpet'... hmmm I had thought maybe the toilet over flowed or something but with the wet spots he might be on to something.. so the next day, on our way home after picking up Sporty Bee from school, our conversation goes a little something like this

Mom: Sporty Bee do you know what happend in the hall bathroom last night? There was water all over, did you have an accident?

Sporty Bee: Ummm no, I did not have an accident.

Mom: Well if there was no accident, what happend?

Sporty Bee: Well you see, I was in the bathroom and Samone (the cat) stepped on my toe with her sharp claws so I threw her in the toilet (very calm and sweet as if it's an everyday thing).

Mom: WHAT?!?! you put the cat in the toilet?

Sporty Bee: Yup, she stepped on me with her sharp claw, so I put her in the toilet..

So lesson learned here - don't step on Sporty Bee's toes or your bound to end up in toilet water..

Oh my kids want a cat and I am so NOT a cat person. Not one bit. However, I do like reading about the funny things they do.
