Get comfy it's gonna be a long post:
With the first snow fall of the season leaving 4ft on the Midwest I thought it would be a PERFECT day to finally publish my beach weekend post that we took a few weekends back. King Bee had some work to do and I got to see some old friend while we were over there. I had taken two days off work so it was a nice/RELAXING weekend.. (if you can actually believe that we relaxed..) We drove over on a Friday and got a late start as our 'alarm' had picked the prior night to be her FIRST night to sleep through the night.. of course I wasn't complaining but King Bee had some people he had to meet at a certain time so it just rushed us out the door a little faster (good thing I had made a list the night before of the things still needed to be packed). The kids were great on the ride over.. Baby Bee slept most of the way and Sporty Bee watched a movie (The Grinch) and played games. King Bee had left me in charge of planning out our weekend and here was our conversation:
' so do you have the weekend all planned out on what we are doing and where we are going?'
' nope we aren't doing anything but beach Saturday and shopping Sunday and meals in between'
' that's our plan?!?'
' yup, that is our plan' THAT'S why it was a relaxing weekend, we weren't running around doing everything possible..
We got all checked into our hotel and off to work daddy went. So I met up with my friend (we will just call Jewels) and hung out with her for the afternoon. (Baby Bee slept through again night #2). Saturday we to the beach it was beautiful weather breezy not too hot and the water was chilly but of course that didn't stop the kids. Sporty Bee had a ball with his new buddy (who we will call) Jacob; there were butterflies everywhere on the beach it was fun (see the butterfly on the green shovel handle in the bag in the center of the picture - does this help :O) lol)

It's all about team work
and yes they actually got in the water but the looks of it, it was COLD 
I got in the water too HA (color on toes called 'I don't do dishes')

After the beach we took NAPS - YUM and got ready for dinner. We headed to this seafood place on the beach with D.Q and her new beau. (Baby Bee slept through again night #3) Sunday we headed to the outlet malls and spent the afternoon there got some great deals and finished the night at PF Changs. It was a great weekend and great to see Jewels and D.Q :) Miss you girls

looks like a fun RELAXING weekend! you finally stopped and smelled the roses!
Toe nail polish that says "I dont do dishes" is hilarious. Glad you were able to have a nice relaxing time.
