Famished Friday - Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Well I was sending my sister this recipe and thought that I would just quickly post this up here since I had a second. I don't remember where I had gotten it from (sorry to whom ever it came from) but we made it last month while my sister was down visiting. She surprised me with the ingredients one night and we made this tasty dinner - it really is yummy!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

6 boneless/skinless chicken breast (cut up (raw) into bite size pieces)
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese (grated)
1 1/2 cups ham (chopped)
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 pint low-fat sour cream
1 pkg. stove top stuffing (chicken flavor; prepared as directed but omitting butter)


Place raw chicken on the bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with rated cheese & chopped ham. Mix together soup and sour cream & pour over the top of the cheese & ham. Sprinkle prepared stuffing on top. Bake at 375 for 50-60 mins.
