Well I have been wanting to get a picture of this for a few weeks now and I had the perfect chance on the 8th day of March (see the date in bottom right).. this is what I like to call a V.I.O.L.A.T.I.O.N - I mean come on folks it's the 8th of March and you still have your Christmas lights up... here's the story:
We were driving home from the last FSU basketball home game and I told KingB that we had to stop at the VIOLATION house due to them having their Christmas lights up and I needed a SPT for this week. He thought I was kidding at first, that is of course until he pulled up and my sister (who is visiting me from up north) and I go running out of the car to attempt to be stealthy
in
BROAD
daylight..
so we snapped two shots and this was our 'being brave one' as we went on their side of the road.. Mission accomplished at 5pm (ISH) on the 8th!
P.S. I would like to add that on the 9th at approx 5:15pm we drove past the house and their lights were down.. I don't think we were as stealthy as we might of thought.... but I got my picture

i still think we were stealthy! whats more stealthy than two girls giggling and running around in front of your house snapping pictures...and the "get away car" driving down the road to turn around in your neighbors driveway...to come back and pick up those two giggling girls??? besides, i bet if we were "caught", the wife of the house would give us a hug and thank us for the motivation to get those lights down!
OMG!!! Some of this weeks SPTS are making me crack up laughing at work. Ladies...you have got to control yourselves so that I can control me. hahahaha! I so want to hang out with you two now. Can we be friends? ha! This is absolutely hilarious and creative in every way. The fact that the lights are down now is FREAKING HILARIOUS!!! So funny. Thanks for the laugh.

Nice! There is a house around the corner from us with fake harvest garland wrapped around their pillars! I really need to get on board with this SPT thing!
And there isn't any snow...so they can not blame it on that. Great idea for the 8th, but even better for the reason.

Ok I have to admit my Christmas lights are still on my house but in my defense there is also still snow up there.

How funny! I have neighbors with lights still up, but there's still lots of snow around, so I don't blame them. It looks really warm where you are, so who knows why their lights are still up.
So so funny, and even funnier because I still have lights up on my house! We just took them out of the tree. I always leave them on until valentines!
